Real Time Collaboration

Windows Meeting Space is a real time collaboration tool. It is a way to work together over a network. So, if you are in the Bahamas or stuck inside on a Michigan Snow Day, you have no excuse not to finish that slide show.

The Meeting Space has three steps:

1. Identify People Near Me.

2. Set up Windows Meeting Space.

3. Join a Meeting.

Try This: Getting Started

Go to Start -> Windows Meeting Space.

You will be prompted for the Administrator's password.

Next Step: Set Up People Near Me

People Near Me is a local Chat program Your Display Name identifies you to the other people in the meeting. You also need to Allow invitations.

Memo to Self: Each participant needs to set up Windows Meeting Space, OK?

Start -> Windows Meeting Space
