Add Handouts
You can include Handouts in your Meeting Space.
Each participant will download a copy of the handouts from your Meeting.
Changes to the handouts are synchronized so everyone has the latest and
greatest version. However, only one person can edit the document at a
time.
Try This: Add a Handout
Start a Windows Meeting Space.
Select: Add a handout...
You will be prompted to browse for the file(s) you wish
to use in this meeting.

What Do You See? The handouts you selected
are displayed in the meeting.
