Compress the Picture The graphics and images that you included in this flier may be wonderful, high resolution images that print well. Before you email this to everyone in your Contacts list, you should Compress the Picture to make the image size smaller, easier to E-mail.   Try It: Compress the Picture Select the sample picture. Go to Picture Tools -> Format. Select: Compress Pictures.     Compression Settings: Click on the Options button and you can choose the best settings. In this example, E-mail compression reduces the image size to less than half of the size of the print output.
