Forward a Message When you Forward a message, you can add your own comments. You can also cut, copy and paste the text and pictures in the original message. This email came with a red exclamation point indicating High Importance. Here are the steps to change it.   Try it: Forward a Message Go to Message ->Options. Click High Importance to turn this option off or on.
