Hello Outlook! Let’s look at what we have. On the left hand side are short cuts to the Inbox, Calendars, and Contacts. On the right hand side are the E-mail messages. On the bottom is the message, itself. New mail in Microsoft Outlook comes to your Inbox You may hear a little chime when you’ve got new mail. The new messages are bold and the little envelope looks like it hasn’t been opened yet. Double click on the envelope to read your new mail.
