Business Contact Manager
The
Business Contact Manager is an additional Microsoft product that
extends the contact tools in Outlook 2007. This program can be
downloaded from Microsoft and installed.
After your
reboot your computer and start Outlook, you will see the new Business
Contact Manager toolbars and options.

The Business Contact Manager creates a database
that associates people with projects and tracks the tasks for sales and
marketing or project management.
The Business Contact Manager has a Contacts table that is
different from the Contacts you may already have. You can copy and paste
the ones you want.
You can also import all of the Contacts into the
Business Contacts.
Go to File ->Import and Export ->Business Contact
Manager and follow the prompts on the Wizard.
