Following the Rules

You can create a rule that checks incoming E-mail and looks for messages from someone specific and forwards them to your Contact.

Try This: Forward E-mail

Go to Tools ->Rules and Alerts.

Create a New Rule. Start with a Blank Rule: Check Messages When They Arrive. Go Next.

Select the Condition: In this example, the Rule will look for someone. Select people or distribution list. Go Next.

Select the Action: What do you want to do with this Rule?  Click on Forward it to people or distribution list. Go Next.

Edit the Rule: Click on the link for people or distribution list and select a Contact.

Name the Rule: Forward Practice

What Do You See? The Rule Description should display the name of the person and the action: forward it.
