The Trust
Center offers a useful portal for managing your privacy and
security. This section describes E-mail Security.
Encryption is a method for ciphering (scrambling)
your message so that no one can read unless they have an encryption key.
When you encrypt a message, you get the Public Key. Your recipient gets
the matching Private key. No one else can decipher your message.
You add encryption to a new E-mail with the Message
Options. The Trust Center lets you configure how that encryption,
security and privacy will be applied.
Review the Options: Encrypted E-mail
Go to Tools->Trust Center.
Select E-mail Security.
