Scheduling with the Meeting Planner

In a big company or government network that uses Outlook with a Microsoft Exchange Server, you can also see the free/busy times for your colleagues’ calendars. Look for the Meeting Planner on the Scheduling button.

All Attendees are listed in the column on the left hand side. The little envelope by their name reminds you that your invitation will be E-mailed.

To invite additional attendees, you can type their E-mail address on the next blank line in this list. Attendees can be Required or Optional. Some rooms have their own calendars, so that you can schedule them. You would type the name of the room as if it is an attendee, then choose Resource from the list.
