View in Overlay Mode Outlook 2007 has an interesting view called Overlay Mode. The Overlay view places all of the appointments in one calendar. Meetings in the active calendar (the one you are editing) are bold. Meetings in the other calendars are translucent.   The Overlay option could be useful if you are managing a team and coordinating their efforts.		View ->View In Overlay Mode
