Try This: Change the Appointment Options

Go to the Appointment Ribbon.

Click on Private. The icon looks like a small yellow padlock.

Save and Close this appointment.

 

 

What Do You See? Look at the bottom right corner of the appointment. You should see an icon that indicates this is Private.

 

Memo to Self: If you are on a network with a Microsoft Exchange server, an appointment that is marked Private is visible on your Calendar, however the other people cannot see the details.
