Adding Graphics

Microsoft Excel is just as rich in formatting and layout tools as Microsoft Word. However, most of the time it isn't appropriate to add graphics to the top row in a spreadsheet, especially if it is a list of data used in a Mail Merge.

 

This little time sheet is simple and adding some graphics would not interfere with the functions and formulas.

 

Start by adding a couple of extra rows at the top of the sheet. Select row 1 and go Home and look for the Cells Group. You should see the Insert button.
