Open Another Calendar

If you are on a network with an Exchange Server, you may have the option to open and edit someone else's calendar. Office managers and personal administrators often need to review appointments and set up meetings for the senior staff.

Here Are The Steps:

Go to File ->Open.

Click on Other Users Folder. You should see the Global Address Book that comes with an Exchange Server. You can select someone from the list.

What Do You See? Your calendar will be displayed side by side with the one you just opened. If you are the administrator for several people in your office, you can use the check marks in People's Calendars to display one, or many other calendars.

File-> Open -> Other Users Folder
