Calendars often have private information that does not need to be published on the Internet or on your local network. What are your options?

Try It: Review the Calendar Options
Go to Tools-> Options -> Preferences.

Select Calendar Options.

Click on Free/Busy Options.

What Do You See? The Free/Busy Options publish your availability on the network. You can choose how many months you wish to publish and how often your calendar should synchronize or update the Exchange Server.

Memo to Self: Free/Busy options work with a Microsoft Exchange Server as well as calendars you publish on the Internet.

Tools-> Options -> Preferences ->Calendar Options
