Delegating Authority

If you are using an Exchange Server you can give someone in your office Permission to set up appointments and respond to meeting requests on your behalf. These options can be found on the Calendar Properties.

Review the Delegate Permissions

Right Click the Calendar.

Select the Calendar Properties.
Go to the Permissions page.

What Do You See? Everyone who opens your calendar on the network, has limited Nonediting Author rights by default. They can look but not touch. A Contributor has more editing right and a Publishing Editor can have as many rights as you, the owner of this calendar.

Right Click the Calendar-> Calendar Properties ->Permissions
