Outlook Admin
Say you wanted to find all of the messages you
received from your colleague. Where would you look? Could you
include folders where you might have forwarded the messages with an
Inbox rule?
Try This: Search for Messages
Begin with the
Inbox.
Go to
Tools-> Instant Search.
Select Messages from Sender.
What Do You See? Outlook
will open the Advanced Find options.
Look for: Messages.
In: Outlook searches the Inbox, but you can
click on Browse to select more folders and their subfolders.
Advanced: The first criteria finds items that
match the sender's name.
