Group By This Field What Do You See? Outlook has several "list" views for your Inbox, Contacts, Tasks and Calendar.    The default fields in the header at the top of the Task Pad are: Subject, Location, Start and End times. You should see Categories, too.   Right click Categories and select Group By This Field from the Options.
