How does
the E-mail get into the Outlook Inbox? There is a Wizard to lead you
through the set up. Try it: go to Tools ->Account Settings.
Click on New to start the Wizard.
There are
a couple of ways to connect Outlook
to an E-mail server. In a large corporation or government office,
Outlook will probably connect to the Microsoft Exchange Server.
In a small
office, the E-mail server may be located on a commercial web server.
This is called a POP3 server.
The Wizard
will prompt you for your name, your E-mail address, and password. Outlook
will query your server, and confirm that the information you typed
matches the server.
