Email Accounts
If you
have an Internet account there are a couple of Advanced setting
you should review.
Go to Tools-> Account Settings.
Select an
Internet E-mail
Account (not the Exchange Server if you are in a large office).
Go to
E-mail ->Change.
Look in
the bottom right corner and click on More Settings.
What Do You See? Go to the Advanced page. There is a Delivery option to Leave a copy of messages on the
server. This setting lets you download your mail to two
machines--the laptop as well as your desktop-- if you travel.
