Tools -> Send and Receive-> Send/Receive Settings Send/Receive Outlook synchronizes your Inbox with your E-mail server. When you go online, Outlook compares your server with your Inbox and makes them match. Review the Options Go to the Inbox. Tools->Send and Receive. Click on Send/Receive Settings.
