Import Names from Excel
Earlier, you saw how to export information from
Outlook into Excel. Here are the steps to import names and addresses
from Microsoft Excel into your Address Book in Microsoft Outlook.
These are the same steps you would take to import an Address Book
for a different version of Outlook.
2: Import Names Into the new Contacts
Select the Contacts folder named Clients.
Go to File -> Import or Export.
What Do You See? You will be prompted to
choose from many different formats including iCalendar, VCard.
Choose: Import from another program or file.
Go Next. Choose: Microsoft Excel.
Go Next. Browse through your folders and select a sample spreadsheet.
Select a Destination Folder: Clients.
