Outlook on the Web If you are using Microsoft Outlook with an Exchange Server, you can access your E-mail and Calendar online with any Internet browser. This option is important for police, emergency, and other first responders.   Outlook Web Access is setup and deployed from the server, not the individual Outlook users.   What Would You See? Outlook Web Access is similar to online E-mail, such as AOL, Hotmail, and Google's G-mail. You can login to send and receive your E-mail. You can also review and update your Calendar.   The Web Access toolbars and functions are a limited set of the robust actions you can do in Outlook.
