The Windows Task Manager lets you monitor your system’s performance.

 

Try This: View the Task Manager

Right Click the Task bar.

Select Task Manager.

 

What Do You See? On the Performance tab, you can track the rise and fall in the demand for the CPU Usage. The CPU maxes out when a program launches, then idles at only 3-4% usage.

 

Now, look at the Physical Memory. This computer has a gigabyte or RAM, however it looks like it uses 637 MB on the average.
