Picture Effects Ordinary Pictures The goal of any slide show is, "Made you look." On the average, people will watch a slide for about 3 seconds. Is that enough time for Show and Tell? How can you keep their attention? Extraordinary Effects Pictures tell the story. All good pictures can be enhanced with the Picture Tools.   Try it: Format the Pictures Click on a picture to select it Go to the Picture Tools Ribbon Select Format ->Picture Effects Play with the effects.   When you find one that you like, use the same Picture Effect on each picture in your PowerPoint presentation.
